USAGE RULES FOR DIGITAL GOODS

These Usage Rules for Digital Goods (“Rules”) serve as a summary of restrictions and conditions of the license of Digital Goods which are includedin our Terms of Use. Unless the context requires otherwise, all capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the same meanings set forth in the Terms of Use.
General Rules:
When you purchase or download any Digital Goods & Services, it means that the Digital Goods & Services are licensed to you, not sold. Your right to access and use our Digital Goods is subject to the following restrictions and conditions as written in our Terms of Use:
1. Terms of Use
The Digital Goods & Services may be used only as expressly permitted in our Terms of Use as may be updated from time to time. Any other use of the Digital Goods & Services and its digital content, other than as expressly permitted herein, is strictly prohibited. For clarity, the Terms of Use applies not only to paid Digital Goods but also to the free Digital Goods.
2. License
- PURCHASING OR DOWNLOADING ANY DIGITAL GOODS & SERVICES SOLELY MEANS THAT FUNPLUS, SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS, GRANTS YOU A LICENCE TO ACCESS OR USE THE DIGITAL CONTENT OF THE DIGITAL GOODS & SERVICES. THE OWNERSHIP OF DIGITAL GOODS & SERVICES IS NOT TRANSFERRED TO YOU.
- FUNPLUS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, DISCONTINUE, OR REVOKE ACCESS TO THE LICENSED DIGITAL GOODS & SERVICES AT ANY TIME INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IF FUNPLUS DECIDES TO STOP OFFERING THE DIGITAL GOODS & SERVICES, OR IF THERE IS A CHANGE IN RIGHTS OR UPON A BREACH OF THESE TERMS.
- You shall not take advantage of the price difference of Virtual Items to make a profit by acquiring and/or granting licenses to Digital Goods & Services from/in different territories.
3. Limitation of the license
- Digital Goods and Virtual Items have no monetary value outside of our Digital Goods & Services and will not earn interest.
- You cannot sell, trade or transfer the license to Virtual Items, or exchange them for cash. Any attempt to sell, trade or transfer the license to Virtual Items, or exchange them for cash is a breach of the Terms of Use and may result in actions taken against you, including the termination of your Account.
4. Revocation of the license
You may lose access to Digital Goods, if:
- You breach the Terms of Use;
- If your Account is permanently disabled or banned by our team. We are under no obligation to compensate you for any losses that result from your Account being disabled or banned.
- If your Account has been inactive for at least 365 days, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate your license to access our Games, Virtual Items and/or any other part of the Digital Goods & Services and any other licence granted to you under the Terms of Use.
- If your request to delete the Account has been fully granted.
- We cancel or stop offering any of our Games. However, prior to stopping the availability of any of our Games and/or Digital Goods, we will use our reasonable efforts to notify at least sixty (60) days before such Games and Digital Goods & Services become unavailable.
