Press Kit Use Policy

This Press Kit Use Policy governs the use of any material of FunPlus International AG (“FunPlus”, “we”,  “us” or “our”) as included in the press kit that is available on our website (“Press Kit”) by everyone who is downloading the Press Kit from our website (“you” and “your”) for press related use in connection with a story or article about FunPlus, FunPlus affiliates and/or games published by FunPlus. 

1.Respect the law and intellectual property: 

• We will give you a limited license to use the Press Kit and any material in this Press Kit in connection with a story or an article appearing in newspapers, periodicals, digital publications or television, but you must comply with our Press Kit Use Policy and with all applicable laws at all times when doing so.
• The ownership of the Press Kit and its materials remains exclusively with FunPlus. 
• You cannot use the Press Kit and any material that is part of the Press Kit (or any other material of FunPlus) in order to create publication covers, advertising, promotion or otherwise for commercial purposes, without our approval.
• You also cannot create any materials that are similar to FunPlus’ logos, trademarks or other elements of FunPlus’ products and services, except as to what we permit you to do in this Press Kit Policy and in our brand guidelines.

2. Our rights:

• Even though we encourage you to use the material included in the Press Kit, we reserve the right to revoke your limited license to use our Press Kit at any time without any explanations to you. This is the case when we consider the Press Kit is being used in an inappropriate or damaging way. If we revoke your limited license, you’ll have to immediately stop using or distributing Press Kit in any way. If you see something that you think may violate this Press Kit Use Policy, please help us and the community by reporting it to us.
• This Press Kit Use Policy may be modified by us at any time. When using the Press Kit in accordance with the use license, your use is subject to the Press Kit Use Policy. 
• We do not provide any guarantees or warranties that the content of the Press Kit is fit for any use or free of any bugs and/or errors. It is provided as-is and as-available. Your download of the Press Kit is at your own risk.
• We may change, modify, suspend, or discontinue support for the Press Kit and any materials included in the Press Kit, in whole or in part, at any time without any notice to you.
